Hot Toys has revealed the third figure in the Spider Man 3 Movie Masterpiece series and it is non other then the Hot Toys Spider Man 3 Black Suit Version 1/6 Scale figure. On top of that, Sideshow Collectibles has offered a Sideshow Exclusive Version for order where the Sandman Diorama Base comes with an interchangeable meteor hammer arm.

The Spider Man 3 Black Suit version appeals to me personally because unlike the various Iron Man repaints which really do not add any value to collectors, the Spider Man 3 Black Suit figure was really featured in the Spider Man 3 Movie and hence, is not just a random repaint.
The likeness of Tobey in this case is a bit off. The head sculpt looks like Tobey, but it isnt EXACTLY accurate. However, the facial expression in the head sculpt is really well done and I like the stone cold and slightly evil feel to it. I have not much complaints about this anyway since I am not going to the Spider Man Black Suit figure unmasked.
I like this shot a lot and it really goes to show how nice the Sandman Diorama base looks and how much value it adds to the figure. The additional stand for to hold the Spider Man Figure in place as he stands on the arm of Sandman in battle is really a nice touch. This shot also puts in perspective the size of the Sandman diorama and I must say that it is huge!
