The Spider Man 3 Black Suit version appeals to me personally because unlike the various Iron Man repaints which really do not add any value to collectors, the Spider Man 3 Black Suit figure was really featured in the Spider Man 3 Movie and hence, is not just a random repaint.

The likeness of Tobey in this case is a bit off. The head sculpt looks like Tobey, but it isnt EXACTLY accurate. However, the facial expression in the head sculpt is really well done and I like the stone cold and slightly evil feel to it. I have not much complaints about this anyway since I am not going to the Spider Man Black Suit figure unmasked.

I like this shot a lot and it really goes to show how nice the Sandman Diorama base looks and how much value it adds to the figure. The additional stand for to hold the Spider Man Figure in place as he stands on the arm of Sandman in battle is really a nice touch. This shot also puts in perspective the size of the Sandman diorama and I must say that it is huge!

The Berserker Predator was first introduced in the Predators movie as a larger and stronger species of Predators which supposedly hunts the “classic predator” as we know it. Not much is known about the backstory of the Berserker Predator but it was mentioned in the movie that these two species of Predators have been fighting each other for a very long time, due to an age old blood feud.

The paint job on the Hot Toys Berserker Predator looks excellent with the tinge of red on his forehead and the tentacles at the back of his head.

The Bio Masks of these Super Predators are very distinctive and one look at the mask allows you to identify the Predator.The Berserker Predator for example has a strange jaw bone attached to his mask, probably as a trophy. The Tracker Predator has two tusks protruding from his bio mask and the Falconer Predator’s Bio Mask looks distinctly like a hawk. All these are accurately captured in the Hot Toys Predator toys.

In the movie, the Berserker Predator also revealed a new vision mode from its bio mask. When Royce ignited a circle of gunpowder around the Berserker Predator, thereby blinding the Bererker Predator who was using infra red mode, it quickly switched to another vision mode which was able to detect Royce’s pulsing heart beat.

The Berseker Predator is much larger in size compared to the regular “classic predator” in the Predator movie. He is armed with similar but different predator weapons compared to what we have seen in the Predator and Predator 2 movies. For example, the wrist blades of the Berserker Predator is much longer then that of the Classic Predator but is single blade compared to the double bladed wrist blades of the Classic Predator. Also, it can be fired as a projectile and it is unknown if the same could be done for the classic predator’s wrist blade.

The Hot Toys Berserker Predator is realistically crafted and stands 14 inchs/35 cm tall. This allows him to dominate over the already fearsome classic predator. Like any other Hot Toys figures, the Berseker Predator comes with over 22 points of articulation, great for re-enacting various scenes from the Predators movie.

The Berserker Predator is a cruel and ferocious hunter and will kill anything or anyone that stands in his way.  This is illustrated in the scene from the Predators movie when the Berserker Predator rips out Stan’s spinal cord and skull when the latter tried to stop the Berserker in order to buy time for the rest of the group to escape. The Hot Toys Berserker Predator does come with a human skull trophy which I feel is a great addition and a nod to the movie.

It is also noted that unlike the classic predator in Predator who removed all its equipment when battling Dutch to give him a fair fight, the Berserker Predator did not do that when battling Royce and the Classic Predator. It seems that the group of Super Predators do not follow the same code of honor that the Classic Predators do.

The sculpt of the Hot Toys Berserker Predator unmasked looks amazing and the details are captured in full likeness of the Berserker Predator from the movie. He comes with Interchangeable open and closed mandibles.

The release of the Falconer Predator and the Tracker Predator will be very much anticipated and I am very sure that Hot Toys will do an excellent job, looking at what they have achieved with the Berserker Predator.

For collectors who missed out on the First Classic Predator, this is good news. I do know some collectors who insist that if you missed the first one then you missed THE PREDATOR that battled Dutch and even though this is the Classic Predator it should be treated as the one from the Predators movie. The new Hot Toys Predators figures are great and remember to check out the 3 Super Predators namely the Berserker Predator, Falconer Predator and the Tracker Predator. They look absolutely great standing together.

One interesting feature about the Hot Toys Guardian Predator is the trophy. You can see that the trophy looks like an alien creature, suggesting that these Predators hunt all over the universe and are not limited to only humans.

The Hot Toys Guardian Predator was modelled after one of the group of Predators that appeared at the end of the Predator 2 Movie after the “Lost Predator” was defeated. The Hot Toys Guardian Predator was one of the two Predators that helped to carry the body of the defeated “Lost Predator” into the back of the ship.

Fans love the Hot Toys Guardian Predator because he has a very distinctive facemask. The more I look at it, the more I find that it resembles Hades mask in the God of War video game. When unmasked, the Hot Toys Guardian Predator looks pretty much similar to the original Predator.

Lucius: “Now, this new armor is lighter, so you’ll be able to move more easily, but there is a tradeoff in that you’ll have less protection and be more vulnerable to bullets and knives.”

The new Batsuit is comprised of 110 separate pieces. The base layer of the suit was made of a polyester mesh material, which is employed by the military and high-tech sports manufacturers because of its moisture-wicking properties. Then individually molded pieces of flexible urethane were attached to the mesh to form the overall armor plating. For added protection, carbon fiber panels, which are light yet incredibly strong and resistant, were placed inside a select group of the urethane pieces around the legs, chest and abdomen.

The Hot Toys Dark Knight 12 inch figure comes with several interesting gadgets, including a grappling gun, batarangs, detailed Batman Utility Belt with cell phone, activated Mini Mine and three sets of interchangeable gloved hands, including one set of gloves hands for riding the Batpod.

The Hot Toys Batman 12 inch figure also comes with an interchangeable head which features autentic likeness of Christian Bale. It is a nice addition to have but it is highly unlikely that anyone would want to pose the Dark Knight Figure with the Bruce Wayne head.

The Hot Toys Dark Knight Bat-pod collectible is massive and measures 23 inches in length and stands about 6 inchs high and the Hot Toys Batman fits in porportionally when sitting on the Bat-pod. I like how realistic the Hot Toys Dark Knight Bat-pod looks, especially the threading on the tires of the Bat-pod and the weight of it gives the Hot Toys Bat-pod a very solid feel.

Some assembly is required and as you might have read on other forums, do take the time to slowly figure out where each piece goes before attempting to utilise brute strenght to snap certain pieces together because this is a delicate high-end collectible, (not to mention expensive) and there is a possibility of breaking the Hot Toys Bat-pod in certain areas if you are not careful.

The paint application on the Hot Toys Dark Knight Bat-pod Collectible is simple enough, with black and a little bit of metallic silver and certain parts to enhance the overall realism of the Bat-pod.
